Facing 10 Years, Armed Terrorizer Gets 2 Years, Will Be Out In Only 5 Months.

In August, Judge Marlon Polk presided over the criminal sentencing of Montel Wood.

Wood had been convicted of Felony Terroristic Threats and Felony Carrying a Concealed Weapon – 2nd offense.

Wood was facing up to a combined maximum of 10 years – 5 years for each offense.
Judge Polk sentenced Wood to 1 year for each charge.

A flat sentence of 2 years.

Based on Nebraska’s sentencing laws, Wood is set to be released in less than 5 months after his sentencing hearing.
